How Did You Get Started?

Ever since I was young, strength and muscles were fascinating to me. I started lifting when I was very little with water weights, but was serious when I started junior high school, and since then its an everyday routine.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

At the beginning of every month I use a different work out. For example, in the summer I want to be more ripped and cut, so I use reps from 8-12 and usually try to hit 4 sets at each bodypart, with 3 different lifts. Chest and triceps monday, biceps and shoulders tuesday, back and lats thursday, legs friday, and then starts over. This month I will emphasize more cardio, and dieting for the cutting stages.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

There is no doubt about it, supplements are a key in bodybuilding. Cell Tech, Andro Stack, Weight Gainer 2000 mixed with Xenadrine and some good whey protein are my favorites.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

Bodybuilding is a sport that is obvious, you can't get lucky or have a good day. You are either bigger, more cut and better than the rest or not. I love bodybuilding because you get so much out it. From health to accomplishment you can always see your hardwork paying off.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

My goals are simple, I want to win the major contests around the area that I live near (St. Louis), and become an IFBB pro bodybuilder, and oh yeah win the Mr. Oympia.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

My advice would be never give up and always train something even if it is a simple as push ups and sit ups, give all you got and never let anyone tell you that you can't do it, cause you can.
