How Did You Get Started?

When I was 16 my older brother Mike was about 3 inches taller and had me by at least 20 lbs he would tease me and tell me I had a body like a bird. So from that point on I hit the gym religiously day and night. Within 2 years I was slightly bigger then my brother and he never looked down on me again. I trained hardcore up until I was 22 then people started to tell me I should compete but I never thought it was for me until my brother said maybe you should give it a shot and I did but before I could walk on that stage my brother Mike had passed away from diabetes and I was devastated. I quit bodybuilding for 2 years and almost gave up on life itself, but 2 years down the road on his birthday I entered a gym and picked up a 35 lbs dumbbell and with tears in my eyes it feels like I never put it down, training day and night never giving up nor giving in for my quest to meet my ultimate goal and make my big bro proud of me.
