How Did You Get Started?
I was a dancer in NYC and all the other guys were bigger than me. I wanted to fit in. I was approached by many people to compete early in my training, finally I joined a bodybuilding team and the rest was history. I won my very first 2 shows back to back: Overall! Since then I've been hooked. I'll never stop competing.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I always believed in training heavy. All my workout partners outweigh me by 30 to 40 pounds so I try to keep up with them. I train my whole body in 5 days in the off season and switch over to a 3 day split when getting ready for a show.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I'm a nutritionist so I believe in eating food not supplements but if I had to pick one I would pick anything from Muscletech. I love their supplements.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love that it keeps me alive. I have been diagnosed with COPD, a lung disease that kills. I believe that it has given me the ability to fight off real bad asthma attacks. I love the way I look. Without bodybuilding I would not have the discipline that I have today to stay alive.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My future plans are to win my very next two shows. The Hurricane and the Lightweight title at the NPC nationals in 2001.
