Body Transformation: William Almeyda Cleaned Up His Dirty Bulk!

William's dirty bulk ended immediately when people said he looked fat. See how he trimmed the excess blubber and revealed a massive physique with 10-percent body fat!

Why I decided to transform

I started on an eight-month bulk and went from 180 to 265 pounds. I thought I looked great, but eventually it became obvious that I didn't when people told me I looked fat. I finally looked at myself in the mirror and accepted that my dirty bulk needed to stop.

I decided to transform and started reading bodybuilding books until I learned what I needed to successfully change. I finally understood how the body works when you feed it proper nutrition and how weights impact the muscles. Then came the day that I felt prepared to achieve my goal.

How I accomplished my goals

I tried many diets during the first two months and stuck with one from Vince Gironda . It helped me a lot because it's simple and easy to cook, plus red meat flavors are my favorite. Instead of using steak, I modified some of the diet with ground beef.

Cardio was a great help to my transformation. It made me feel conditioned with more stamina during the day. Overall, cardio made me feel like a better person. Weight training has always been my preference and greatly helped during my transformation.

When I need motivation, I look at my before photos and then look in the mirror. This really gives me the strength to continue. Thanks to God, after four months of strict dieting and hard exercise, I accomplished my goal.

Meal 3: Post-workout

Training regimen that kept me on track

What aspect challenged me the most

"Go about improving your nutrition every day until you feel ready to start a strict diet."

The most challenging part was the full-body workouts. I had no strength when I first started dieting so the exercises were difficult as a result. When I found a diet that suited me, I had more energy than ever.

My future fitness plans

My future plan is to be the best version of myself and meet every goal I set. I also want to motivate others to make changes.

Suggestions for aspiring transformers

Record everything you do in the gym and have a solid diet. The most important aspect of a transformation is the diet.

I don't advise anyone to start a strict diet on the first day because it will be too difficult. Go about improving your nutrition every day until you feel ready to start a strict diet.

How helped me reach my goals was and is a big part of my transformation. The site helped me big time with tremendous articles about dieting, exercises, recipes, and more. I learned a lot on the forums and received great support from people who motivated me to continue.
