Why I Got Started

When I was a freshman I was probably the skinniest kid in the school. It pretty much just all happened at once and now 3 years later I'm where I'm at now.

I've had an interest in fitness since I was a little kid and had a 6-pack since 6th grade but was always too skinny to be known as jacked and never really had the opportunity to work with real weights.

When I realized my high school had an open gym I quickly took advantage of it.

Austin needs shades just to check out his own physique.

How I Did It

With the help of the coaches and a few of the bigger guys there and hours of research I put my plan together and stuck to it. It's still the same today.

The only thing I ever change is the order I do the exercises and the amount of food I eat, depending on if I'm bulking or cutting. Basically if your plan works, why change it?

I use a 5-day training split. I try to hit different muscles every day and let the ones I hit rest.

Day 1: Arms
Day 2: Hamstrings/Traps
Day 3: Back/Shoulders
Day 4: Chest
Day 5: Quads
Days 6 and 7: Rest

Suggestions For Others

Eat a lot (clean), lift heavy, and be patient and your gains will come. Also, remember that supplements are really just icing on the cake and your diet is about 90% of bodybuilding.
