Eight Week Mass Attack: Day 49!

Well today starts the last week of my Anabol/Megabol stack cycle. It will be missed but I will do another in the late summer.

All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred.
Day # 49 of 56 - 03-11-02

Well today starts the last week of my Anabol/Megabol stack cycle. It will be missed but I will do another in the late summer. I made good use of Sunday and rested most of the afternoon after going to church, including a 3 hr nap.

I blasted my calves to day for 3 sets of the same exercises but I used very heavy weights for those sets.

Incline bench press - 2 warm up sets, 1x6 - 225lbs, 1x6 - 235lbs, 1x2 - 275lbs, 1x5 - 245lbs, 1x6 - 225lbs
Decline bench - 1x6 - 225lbs, 1x6 - 275lbs, 1x8 - 225lbs
Flat bench flies - 1x10 - 70lbs, 1x10 - 80lbs
Crossovers - 1x8 - 80lbs, 1x8 - 90lbs, 1x10 - 60lbs
One arm over head dumbbell extension - 2x10 - 40lbs
Kickback - 1x10 - 25lbs, 1x10 - 35lbs
Rope extension - 2x10 - 130lbs

I had a good chest workout and I decided to hit my tris a little light today since I had just trained them on Saturday. All in all it was a good workout but due to the fact there wasn't anyone in the gym that could spot me I couldn't go as heavy as I wanted or force out some reps. That's the price I pay for training early I guess.
