Eight Week Mass Attack: Day 48!

Today was an unusual day for me, training on Saturday. I never really have a chance to get away to the gym on Saturday because of all the things I have going on.

All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred.
Day # 48 of 56 - 03-10-02

Today was an unusual day for me, training on Saturday. I never really have a chance to get away to the gym on Saturday because of all the things I have going on during the weekend but I did manage to get away today. Today was arm day and I was pumped just for the fact that I wasn't training them at 5 in the morning.

Close grip bench - 2 warm up sets, 1x10 - 135lbs, 1x6 - 225lbs, 1x6 - 275lbs, 1x2 - 315lbs, 1x8 - 275lbs
Nose breakers - 2x10 - 120lbs
One arm over head dumbbell extensions - 2x10 - 40lbs
Kickbacks - 1x10 - 40lbs
Overhead rope extensions - 2x10 - 120lbs,
V-bar pushdowns - 1x220lbs
One arm pushdowns - 1x10 - 110lbs

Due to time I put in my bicep workout using the H.I.T. principle for the last half of it.

Barbell curls - 2 warm up sets, 1x10 - 95lbs, 2x6 - 145lbs, 1x10 - 95lbs
Incline dumbbell curls - 1x10 - 50lbs
Preacher curls - 1x15 - 70lbs

I hate that I had to cut my bicep work short but with my pregnant wife at home on bed rest time was of the essence. I did get hit them pretty hard for that short time. All in all it was nice to be able to train then eat then rest.
