All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred. Today was an unusual day for me, training on Saturday. I never really have a chance to get away to the gym on Saturday because of all the things I have going on during the weekend but I did manage to get away today. Today was arm day and I was pumped just for the fact that I wasn't training them at 5 in the morning.
Close grip bench - 2 warm up sets, 1x10 - 135lbs, 1x6 - 225lbs, 1x6 - 275lbs, 1x2 - 315lbs, 1x8 - 275lbs Due to time I put in my bicep workout using the H.I.T. principle for the last half of it.
Barbell curls - 2 warm up sets, 1x10 - 95lbs, 2x6 - 145lbs, 1x10 - 95lbs I hate that I had to cut my bicep work short but with my pregnant wife at home on bed rest time was of the essence. I did get hit them pretty hard for that short time. All in all it was nice to be able to train then eat then rest. Todd Blue Recommend this article to a friend by e-mail here!
