All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred. After taking yesterday off I was really geared up for today's workout. I slept really good, woke up rested and pumped to blast my back today. So at 4:35 I was off to the gym. I did a triset for calves today. I did leg press toe raises, seated raises and donkey raises: 3 sets of 15-20 reps for each set. This really pounded my calves especially since I don't do many giant sets for them. After warming up all the muscles that will come into play when doing back, I did 2 sets of 10 reps on the chin up bar to really get the blood going through the back.
Dead lifts - 1x10 - 135lbs, 1x6 - 225lbs, 1x6 - 315lbs, 1x6 - 425lbs I am in the late stages of the cycle and with the increase in lean mass and especially strength I can wait to give these products another try. Even though I haven't been on a true bulking diet, just more of maintenance style diet, I have still experienced some really good gains. I am anxious to take my stats again in the next couple of weeks. One thing that I must point out is since week 3 off this cycle I have had to remove at least one shirt from my wardrobe because it is now too small, always a good sign of growth.
