All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred.
Day # 43 of 56 - 02-27-02

I had a good restful weekend, which was a very good thing since I was very worn-down feeling by the end of last week. So with a fresh week I wanted to blast it hard from the beginning. I just hope that by the end of the week I am still this fresh unlike the previous week.

As usual I pounded my calves pretty hard then warmed myself up for chest and tris.

Flat bench press - 3 warm up sets, 1x6 - 225lbs, 1x6 -275lbs, 1x3 - 315lbs, 1x8 - 275lbs
Incline bench - 1x8 - 225lbs, 1x6 - 245lbs drop set to 1x6 - 225lbs
Incline flies - 1x10 - 65lbs, 1x6 - 85lbs
Cable crossovers - 1x10 - 80lbs, 1x8 - 110lbs drop set to 1x8 - 50lbs
Tricep pushdowns - 1x15 - 110lbs, 1x10 - 200lbs
Dumbbell nose breakers - 1x10 - 35lbs, 1x10 - 45lbs
One arm dumbbell extension - 1x10 - 35lbs, 1x8 - 45lbs
Overhead rope extensions - 1x12 - 110lbs, 1x12 - 130lbs

I felt really good and strong today. I finished the Anabol-X last night so from hear on out it's just the Megabol-X. I have been taking ZMA through the entire cycle but only using a dosage of 2 caps before bed but tonight I will up that to 3 caps I also increased the creatine dosage to 20g a day where I was taking just 10g daily.
