All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred. Once again I have to give kudos to ZMA. I felt very rested and fresh this morning even after being up from 3:00 am to 3:40 am due to my pregnant wife getting sick. It was a good thing that I did feel fresh because today was leg day. After taking my pre-workout supps: Megabol-X, Xenadrine NRG, and my aminos I was ready to go. I warmed up for about 5 min on a bike this morning. It was pretty cold out and my legs needed to be loosened up a bit. After the bike and some stretching it was off to war.
Leg curls - 1x10 - 70lbs, 1x10 - 80lbs, 1x8 - 110lbs That was it. I know, not very impressive lifts, but my legs are is my weakest body parts, but I have learned how to train them and they grow and grow well. Thank you lord for good genetics in my legs. Megabol-X is really kicking in today, more so than yesterday. I feel pumped all day; my muscles feel tight and full. My pumps and focus and strength in the gym are improving daily. I am stoked about adding the Anabol-X in 2 weeks to the cycle.
