All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred. Another one of those days where I just couldn't get myself up out of bed. I don't know what the deal is. I even went to bed at 9:30 pm last night. But after snoozing for a while I managed to drag myself to the gym to hit shoulders/traps/calves/forearms. It took a little while to get warmed up today; it was in the low 20s today, the last few days it has been in the 60s or 70s so it was a little harder. I did my usual calve workout just went a little heavier today.
Behind the neck press - 2 warm up sets of 10 reps w/light weights - 2x10 - 135lbs, 1x8 - 155lbs Last week when I did hammer curls with the 110s I think I got 6 reps but today I was able to rep out 10 with it. Strength gains are much greater than size gains with this stack but I have still managed some good size additions. Tomorrow is leg day; I can't wait to hit them hard.
