All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred. Today was one of those days where I just didn't want to get up out of bed at all. It rained and turned really cold in the middle of the night so getting up from a warm bed was the last thing I wanted to do at 4:30 am. But that's where the dedication comes in and I rolled out around 4:40 am.
After arriving to the gym and warming up for a few minutes I was ready to blast my back. A little explanation: I train triceps and biceps twice a week. So on the workouts I do on Monday and Tuesday for my triceps and biceps will focus more on controlling the movement and getting the negative while on Fridays I will blast them with heavy weights.
Cable curls - 1x12 - 110lbs, 1x12 - 120lbs I know I sound like a broken record player but I can honestly say my strength seems to go up each week with no plateau in sight. Since I have begun this cycle I have had to retire a few shirts from my closet and I have a few more if things continue on this path. Last week I cut my calories back by 500-1000 cals a day, I just felt I needed a break from all the eating but over the next 3 weeks I will eat like a mad man to help maximize my gains. Before I go I must say something about recovery while on this cycle. Usually after my leg workout I am sore for 3-4 days but since I have been on this stack I have never been sore in my legs more than 1 day to 1 ½ days tops.
