All-Out 8-Week Mass Attack. No Holds Barred.
Day # 2 of 56 - 01-15-01
Well this morning I wasn't feeling real strong at all. I blasted my shoulders really hard yesterday so I think that could have been most of the problem. Today was chest and a light bi and tri day. I think that I may move shoulders to later in the week due to the lack of strength and tightness I felt this morning. But on the other hand I may experience some new growth by keeping it the same, I may give it one more week just to see then make a move.
Although I didn't feel that strong I still had good intensity throughout the workout.
Incline bench - (2 warm up sets) 1x6 - 185lbs, 1x6 - 225lbs, 1x4 - 245lbs, 1x8 - 225lbs
Decline bench - 1x10 - 135lbs, 1x10 - 185lbs, 1x10 - 205lbs
Incline dumbbells - 1x8 - 70lbs, 1x8 - 80lbs
Flat dumbbell flies - 1x10 - 60lbs, 1x10 - 70lbs
Cable crossovers - 1x10 - 50lbs, 1x10 - 70lbs, I performed on last set as a drop set going 8 reps at 70lbs, 50lbs and 40lbs
I did a giant set for arms performing 10 reps with each exercise for 3 sets
Standing dumbbell curls, machine preacher curls and cable curls. Lying tricep extensions, one are dumbbell extensions and cable pushdowns. I used a moderate weight for these movements.
I must say that I definitely could feel the Megabol-X today. My pumps were a lot stronger. I on the other had wasn't Because of the heavy pressing yesterday my front delt was shot and because the front delt comes into play so much in chest pressing exercises it really affected my workout today. Hopefully next week I can see more of an increase in strength.
Since starting my new diet yesterday I am feeling full all day. Eating is become a little tougher but I just have to deal with that. I also filmed some video of me posing and it should be up on the Bodybuilding.com site next week.
