Background

I was born and raised in Wayne, New Jersey and currently live in the Dallas, Texas area. I have two beautiful children.

While I have always loved fitness, I became very seriously interested in all of the benefits of being in shape only in the past several years. I have worked with my own personal trainer consistently and have transformed my body from 31% bodyfat to 13% bodyfat. At 37 years old and two children, it is my goal to inspire more women who are beyond their 20's to be the healthiest they can! Being fit is a recipe for feeling and looking great and maintaining a healthy self-esteem.

In addition to being a Medical Office Manager, I am a Personal Fitness Trainer and an NPC Figure Competitor. The National Strength and Conditioning Association, The International Society of Sports Nutrition, The National Physique Committee, and The National Academy of Sports Medicine are among my current memberships.
