The idea here is that you want to slowly work your way up to a more intense one-minute running interval. While you won't have any rest between these circuits, the walking and jogging should provide enough relief from that hard minute of work. Easy does it; you got this!

Jogging-Treadmill Jogging-Treadmill
Running, Treadmill Running, Treadmill
Repeat circuit 5 times. Don't rest between exercises. The 2 minutes of walking should provide enough recovery for the minute of running.
