Have you been moving at the same speeds for the last eight weeks? It's time to increase the intensity. Try running a little faster than you have been. The new challenge will be a great way for you to test how far you've come.

Remember when you couldn't even imagine running for an entire minute? Look at you now!

Repeat circuit 5 times. Don't rest between circuits. The 2 minutes of walking should provide enough recovery for the minute of running.
