Today marks the start of Week 9 of the Back To Fit trainer. If you've made it this far, give yourself a pat on the back! You should feel really proud of yourself for training hard for eight weeks.

Hopefully, you're ready for some new workouts because you'll get a new batch this week. If you aren't sure how to do any of them, be sure to check out our exercise database. There you'll find step-by-step instructions and how-to videos about every prescribed exercise.

Remember that although you've been getting stronger, don't start these new exercises without first testing how they feel on your body. Use lighter weight through the first circuit. If it feels good, then get heavy!
