You have been running a lot! So your running shoes are probably getting beat up pretty good. When you go out to get a new pair, make sure you get the right ones. We have a helpful guide for minimalist shoes that work great in the weight room and the trail.

As you venture outside for your cardio day, you may want to wear a different pair of shoes from the ones you wear in the gym. Your workout clothes should also fit the environment you work out in.

Now, you don't need to go out and by a whole new fitness wardrobe. Just like gains, getting the right apparel and equipment takes time. Get what you need now, and the rest will come as you advance.

Running, Treadmill Running, Treadmill
Repeat circuit 5 times. Don't rest between circuits. The 2 minutes of walking should provide enough recovery for the minute of running.
