That's right, we said it five times—once for every round you'll perform in today's circuit. Walk, jog, and run for about 25 minutes today.

This is an important week. We are almost halfway through this 12-week program and your metabolism should be cranking along to a whole new beat. Keep it going by working hard on cardio day. Cherish each step, because each will take you farther than you've ever gone before.

Repeat circuit 5 times. Don't rest between circuits. The 2 minutes of walking should provide enough recovery for the minute of running.
