You have made it a five full weeks on this great journey toward fitness. Use this day to take stock of your achievements and failures. You aren't going to be the best in the room every day, and that's cool. Just work hard, don't quit, and you'll get there.
Today, as you rest, important cells in your body will work hard to repair your torn muscles and inflamed tissues. Let them work while you rest. Try some mental training today. Read a book. Have tea with friends. Call you parents, your children, or a long-lost friend. Tell them about your training and ask them for support. Do something fun today!
