Keep the intensity up! Push your body through the cardio circuit. Try new modes: treadmill, trails, swimming, or just up and down the streets in your neighborhood.

As you progress, you'll find that you can run longer and faster, and you won't have to wait as long during the walking sections before you catch your breath. Every step, every circuit, every breath brings you closer to achieving "fit" levels.

Repeat circuit 5 times. Don't rest between circuits. The 2 minutes of walking should provide enough recovery for the minute of running.
