If you didn't get to push yourself a bit more with the last cardio session, this is a good time to test your limits. You never know how hard or far you can go until you try. Don't let anything hold you back; go for broke!

Repeat circuit 5 times. Don't rest between exercises. The 2 minutes of walking should provide enough recovery for the minute of running.
