If by now these cardio sessions are starting to feel a little easier—which is also a win!—you might want to go just a little harder in order to keep yourself challenged. Ramp up the incline, resistance, or speed to get yourself huffing and puffing.

Repeat circuit 5 times. Don't rest between exercises. The 2 minutes of walking should provide enough recovery for the minute of running.
