If you've been on the treadmill for a while, you should certainly try mixing it up with the elliptical, the stationary bike, or even the stair machine. Do whatever you must to keep things fresh!

Jogging-Treadmill Jogging-Treadmill
Running, Treadmill Running, Treadmill
Repeat circuit 5 times. Don't rest between exercises. The 2 minutes of walking should provide enough recovery for the minute of running.
