Compared to the circuit workouts, cardio should start to feel easier. Every little bit of progress counts. If you feel like you're less winded now, that's progress! You should celebrate it and feel good about it.

Repeat circuit 5 times. Don't rest between exercises. The 2 minutes of walking should provide enough recovery for the minute of running.
