Cardio day! If you'd like, you can start mixing up the cardio machines to avoid boredom. You don't have to always stick to the treadmill. Just remember to adjust the intensities appropriately on other machines.

Jogging-Treadmill Jogging-Treadmill
Running, Treadmill Running, Treadmill
Repeat circuit 5 times. Don't rest between exercises. The 2 minutes of walking should provide enough recovery for the minute of running.
