If you've scheduled your time wisely, you should have carved out an hour to get into the gym for an hour of ultimate leg destruction. Ready to make your quads scream for mercy? Get going!

Before these intense leg workouts, make sure you fuel properly. Jumping under the barbell with only a few pretzels and a coke in your belly isn't going to give you the necessary energy or proper nutrition for growth.
