Ingredients
Juice of half a lemon (or l Tbsp. lemon juice) 6 oz. chunk white tuna, in water, drained 1 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup walnut pieces 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise Directions
2. Mix well with mayonnaise. If desired, salt and pepper lightly to taste. 3. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve on a bed of lettuce. Nutritional Facts
