In part I of this Stubborn Fat Stack series we examined supplements that can help get rid of that stubborn, pesky fat:
The combination of Yohimbine+Caffeine+ALCAR+Green Tea Extract+Sesamin would make for the PERFECT Stubborn Fat Stack.
Now that we know what supplements work, we need to know how much and when we need to take these supplements. Stubborn Fat Stack Part II will lay out example supplement stacks and dosages for both men and women.
When trying to create the Stubborn Fat Stack you could either try to find products with all the desired ingredients in them or buy single ingredient products. One good thing about single ingredient products is your can vary your dosage depending on how you respond. Bodybuilding.com carries all of the supplements we want in single ingredient products. Let's go over the dosages of each ingredient.
Now that we know how much we need to take, let's set up some schedules.
Upon Waking (6 AM) [Workout] Meal 1 (8 AM) Meal 2 (11 AM) Meal 3 (2 PM) Mid-Afternoon (6-8 Hours After Workout) Meal 4 (5 PM) Meal 5 (8 PM)

There are a ton of companies to choose from when buying supplements. For the above stack I recommend going with Primaforce. Primaforce carries the ingredients we want in single ingredient formulas, which allows you to vary the dosage of each ingredient and find what works best for you.
Stack those with Sesamin and you are good to go. Now you know how much and when to take the recommended supplements, so it is time to get to work and get rid of that stubborn fat!
