I always love these! People who are in way better starting shape then these featured athletes frequently ***** and moan to me why they "can't" get in shape. Personally fitness has been a lifelong thing for me so I can't say "well I was obese once"... but I love sharing these profiles with people that ask me for advice just to show them... no matter where or when you start, it can be done! Additionally it was all done by pursuing a bodybuilding type routine. Building muscle. Eating protein. Lay people always think that "losing weight" means cardio and salad.... not even remotely true LOL!
