I'm on Day 47 and yeah, the average workout is about 90 min long. The arm days are at least 2hrs. It is a real commitment. Once I finish Phase 2 I am going to go back to Day 1 again and up the intensity!

my workouts have been the same amount of time other posted, shortest was 58 mins or something (and that was cutting a few set because of time)... Most are anywhere from 1h15mins to almost 2h for arms/shoulders...

I just finished week 8 today, and i'm restarting from the beginning again. its a good plan, i personally like the fact it follows a set pattern, i don't need to look and see what i'm working out the day before, i just know because of the pattern.

I'm following something very similar to this program and it takes much longer than the recommended 30-45 min duration.

I am finishing up on the last few weeks. First, read all of the program. Fully understand what it takes, recipes, supplements, and workouts, view the video's all of this. I just jumped into it not knowing everything. Still this is an outstanding program, turned my body around from fat to fit. I am not where I fully want to be. But much closer and leaner seeing muscles I never seen on me.

As far as time, for me working out in a L.A. Fitness where I had to search for weights and dumbbells, barbells, plates. When I first stared it took 2 hours plus. Plus you have to get use to the very hardcore workout.. This is meant for 45 seconds of rest between sets. It wears you out to the point you don't need cardio to sweat and lose weight. You will lose inches quick. Alter the meals to your taste, but eat clean. Supplements are up to you. I took my on stack which included Creatine, Whey Protein and a Multi-vitamin pak from GNC.

I plan to do it after DTP as well. My plan until mid 2014:

Built by Science (finishing week 3 now)
Kris Gethin's 12 week trainer
Kris Gethin's DTP
Arnold's Blueprint

:)

Have 2 weeks left of Gethin's 12 week trainer so might do the same and hit up this afterwards.
