Anthony "Doc" Knesel always knew he'd join the military. His father and many other family members were enlisted, and his family was bound by strong service traditions. What Anthony didn't know is that he and his squad would end up regularly using BodyBuilding.com for supplements, training information, and nutrition expertise to reach their shared goal of peak physical fitness.
