Background

Dre' embodies 17 years of personal training and sports nutrition experience, and actually practices what he preaches. His experience spans from one-to-one personal training of high school/collegiate athletes, those in entertainment, US Army troops, to corporate executives across the nation. He has earned a BS in Exercise Physiology from Montclair State University and has worked in corporate health and wellness for the past 8 years. He is currently certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA and is also certified as a Health and Fitness Specialist by the American College of Sports Medicine.

A genuine love for the overall improvement of the human body is what has served as fuel for his success in the field of personal training. Dre' has excelled as an athlete, natural bodybuilder, Private First Class in charge of Physical Training for 60 soldiers in the U.S. Army @ Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri, and fitness model (featured on Bodybuilding.com, MTV and many other wellness publications). His philosophy on fitness has been featured in Fit engine magazine and in numerous seminars. Fortune 500 Companies have enlisted the personal training and nutritional guidance of this young professional to impact their bottom lines.

In the art of personal training his attitude of "No excuses, just results," is what has transformed the bodies of numerous clients. His optimistic and positive outlook is the oil that lubricates the machine inside of you to work efficiently. Securing the results that each client wants as quickly and safely as possible is of the utmost importance.
