Amanda is a professional athlete, speaker, model, and personality. Yes, her personality is so valued that she is a pro at being herself.

That quality physique and radiant beauty is a mix of genetic blessing and lifestyle coordination. She puts in her work in the weight room. She endures rounds of HIIT cardio. She eats clean and whole and healthy. And, she uses supplementation products to help the whole way.
