Amanda's Supplement Philosophy
I'm a big believer in supplements. I have been taking them for years and have seen great results. I believe supplements are just that—they "supplement" your training and your diet.
I don't believe you should only rely on supplements to get results, but you should use them to enhance your hard work and get the most out of your training sessions.
I am a BSN sponsored athlete, and am proud to represent them because I have been taking their supplements for years. I am very proud to represent a company that I have believed in for so long.
If you're putting the time, energy and hard work in the gym, you might as well get the absolute maximum you can from it. Supplements fill in the gaps and connect the dots to tie everything together to help you achieve your best physique.

Working out five days a week does not allow for muscle recovery. It is very important to either do two day in a row and take one day rest to sleep a lot. Sleep is when muscle growth happens. Or work out one day on, one day off. But consecutive training is often not recommended and I am surprised that Amanda did not mention the importance of sleep, especially if she is training five days a week.
Not True! You need rest but it mainly depends on what body parts are being worked. I work out three day in a row alternating between upper and lower body, with 6 hours of sleep of course. It also depends on the person, what might destroy you in the gym and take you two days to recover might take another person a day to recover.
You look great...
