We all love cardio, right? ... crickets ... OK, maybe not 'love,' but 'acceptance?' It's important to incorporate cardiovascular exercise in your get-in-shape routine, but there is such a thing as too much cardio.

In this episode, I take Todd time-traveling to explain exactly why you can't get away with just plain ol' cardio for all your workouts. I also explain how your body responds to too much cardio by doing exactly the opposite of what you want it to do!
