You want to get in shape, but you haven't been to the gym in a while, or maybe ever. Although you want to get in shape 'really bad' and 'fast,' going gung-ho without understanding how your body will react to intense exercise or the cues your body gives you can lead to serious injury!
Pushing yourself to your limit to get in shape can be awesome, but only if you know your limits and not if it results in long-term injury! #FAIL
