I have a photo shoot coming up, so I'm going to do a pump workout today. It's a workout that you can keep in your back pocket when you're preparing for a show or just want to look extra big. We're going to mix some resistance training with some cardio.
For each of the resistance exercises, you'll do a two-minute cluster set. That means you'll get in as many reps as you can. These two minutes should be really difficult. If you can get through the entire 120 seconds without taking a rest or two, then you're not using enough weight.
