It's absolutely great that you started this program, but what matters most is how you finish. If you're reading this page, it means you've been killing it for 29 days. Congratulations! You're officially a badass. But you're not done. Let's get in a quick and dirty workout today!

I have a photo shoot coming up, so I'm going to do a pump workout today. It's a workout that you can keep in your back pocket when you're preparing for a show or just want to look extra big. We're going to mix some resistance training with some cardio.

For each of the resistance exercises, you'll do a two-minute cluster set. That means you'll get in as many reps as you can. These two minutes should be really difficult. If you can get through the entire 120 seconds without taking a rest or two, then you're not using enough weight.
