No rest day for you! We're hitting cardio today so we can get our bodies into peak condition. Stay in the game. We don't have much time left.

Current Weight Day 28: 217 Pounds

Well, we're definitely doing something right! I've lost 20 pounds in 28 days. How are you doing? Have you taken a look at your "before" photo recently? If you haven't, I suggest you do. Looking back and seeing how far you've come can deliver just the motivation you need to get through the next three days.

Pay special attention to your diet for the next few days. Stick to what the calculator has provided you best as you can, which is a replication of last week's diet. I need to look perfect for a photo shoot, so I have to lower my overall calories and increase my carbs and dietary fat to make my muscles look full and pumped, but you don't necessarily have to follow suit. In order to eat those energy sources without breaking the calorie bank, I'm decreasing my protein intake a little bit.

Like I told you before, we're not doing a rest day today. We're going to hit more cardio in order to take advantage of this wave we're riding and finish the program strong.
