The 2014 Bodybuilding.com Boise Fitness Expo, presented by MusclePharm and Nutriforce, is primed to be our biggest, most action-packed Expo yet! This celebration of bodybuilding and fitness is the biggest and most unique fitness-related EXPO in Idaho and is located in the beautiful city of Boise, the home of Bodybuilding.com. As always, there will be supplement samples, a long list of exciting events, and a variety of amazing special guests, including Jamie Eason and Steve Cook!

What's Happening

The expo will feature the Dark Horse CrossFit Challenge sponsored by Nutriforce, Athlete Q and A's / workshops, Mr. Puniverse, and more.

  • 10:30-11:15 - Craig Capurso - 30 Days Out
    30 Days Out is Bodybuilding.com's newest training program developed by IFBB Physique pro, Craig Capurso. Craig will talk about his complete 30-day workout program, detailed nutrition plan, how to use a macronutrient calculator, and his full supplement stack. He will talk about what it was like tackling the program himself and offer his pro tips on key fitness topics. In short, the 30 Day Out program will provide you with everything you need to look your absolute best in only one month.
