It is best to wear a bathing suit or similar clothing that will allow us to evaluate the changes to your physique. HOW DO I REGISTER?
Register anytime between December 21, 2012 and January 31, 2013. You will then have exactly 12 weeks to complete your transformation. That means your transformation challenge starts the minute you register, and your "after" photos and transformation story are due exactly 12 weeks later. Mark your calendar! Also, don't forget to submit front, side, and back "before" pictures within three days of registering.

HOW AND WHEN WILL THE WINNERS BE CHOSEN?
The judges will choose one Grand Prize winner who has achieved the best overall transformation, regardless of goal or gender. They will also choose one first-place, one second-place, and one third-place winner from each of the two categories: Lean (fat loss) and Mean (muscle building). Winners will be chosen based upon:
- Physical improvement visible in "before" and "after" pictures and according to the contestant's body-composition stats and transformation story submitted via BodySpace.
- The contestant's ability to achieve the fitness goal s/he set out to achieve at the beginning of the contest: "Lean" or "Mean."
- Each week, we will award a prize worth up to $250 to an active member of the $100,000 Transformation Challenge BodyGroup. Join the BodyGroup, and stay involved for a chance to win.
- Judges' decisions are final. Winners will be notified via email or telephone on or before May 24, 2013.

- Is this contest open to U.S. Residents only? The $100,000 Transformation Challenge is open to residents of the United States, Canada (except Quebec), and the European Union, as noted in the official Terms and Conditions.
- How do I know if my registration was accepted? You will receive an automatic confirmation/welcome email from Bodybuilding.com within a few minutes of registering. You may also return to the registration page. There, you will see a countdown timer instead of the registration form if you have successfully registered. If you see your countdown timer but did not receive an email, you have successfully registered. Please check your junk or spam folder for your confirmation email.
- When does my official 12-week transformation period begin? Your 12-week transformation starts the minute you register.
- Can I change/update my start date? No. Once you start, there's no turning back! You may begin anytime between December 21, 2012 and January 31, 2013.
- When does my official 12-week transformation period end? Your 12-week transformation ends exactly 84 days after your start date.
- Isn't this contest three months long? No, the contest is 12 weeks long. Because a month can include anywhere from 28 - 31 days, three calendar months and 12 weeks are not exactly the same length. The exact number of days in this contest is 84 days (12 weeks × 7 days per week = 84 days).
- Am I required to follow the recommended Bodybuilding.com training plans and/or the Dymatize supplement stacks? No. You may work out, eat, and/or supplement in whatever way works for you or as prescribed by your personal trainer or physician.
- Is a workout log required? No, a workout log not required as part of this contest. However, daily or weekly posts to your BodyBlog are recommended because they will help you establish an active BodySpace profile and hold you accountable to other members. This will help you track your progress and stay motivated during the challenge.
- How do I become eligible for the Weekly Winner prize drawings? Participate actively in the official contest BodyGroup (required to win weekly prizes) and forum thread (optional, but recommended). Each week, we will award a prize worth up to $250 to an active member.
- What if I am in the military and cannot get a current newspaper for my "before" and "after" photos? Go online and print off the main page of the Stars and Stripes website (www.stripes.com). Hold it up in your photos instead of a newspaper. Thank you for your service!
- What if my email address changes during the contest? Communications regarding the contest will be sent to the email address on file. It is your responsibility to notify us at transform@bodybuilding.com of a change of email address.
