This puts 4-time Ms International title holder Yaxeni Oriquen as the front runner. However one cannot say with certainty who is going to show up completely shredded and with incredible symmetry.
There are a few competitors making their pro debut. One of them was Alevtina Goroshinskaya, who won her pro card at last year's Arnold Amateur and is looking to make her mark in the pro ranks among this group of veterans.
Cathy LeFrancois is another veteran who is hunting for that title. She looked incredible today. She managed to put the whole package together. She was lean, her waist was small and her muscle bellies were full. So happy to see her put all the pieces together and with guns blazing.
Alina Popa, whose physique keeps improving throughout the years showed up shredded. Her quads were extremely detailed and her symmetry is on point. Her waist to shoulder ratio is incredible. She has made a lot of improvements and it showed today.
Debi Laszewski came to take that title from Yaxeni. Her conditioning was a lot sharper than she has been in the past, her symmetry has always been a strong suit and that in conjunction with her muscularity will give Yaxeni a run for her money. Her presentation needs to be noted as well, her hair and makeup was extremely complementary.
Alevtina Goroshinskaya was in the second callout, proving that she is competitive within this group of veterans. Her conditioning from the front was great, but she needs to tighten her glutes. She has the symmetry and muscularity so this competitor has an advantage, she just needs to get all the details into place and she will make her mark in this sport.
Yaxeni Oriquen came in as expected, lean, full and vascular. I would say that it's a close race between her and Debi Laszewski. Yaxeni's glutes were not as hard as Debi's this morning, but that all could change by tonight. These ladies still have to step on stage tonight and be as tight or tighter than they were this morning. So the title is truly still up for grabs.
