I started training intensely at 18. Initially my motive was to avoid the infamous freshman fifteen. After college I moved to Orlando and met a mentor at the time who was an IFBB Pro figure athlete. I decided to test out the new bikini division in 2009 and after that I was hooked! I turned pro after my fourth and was honored to qualify and compete in the first ever bikini Olympia. *Alison Rosen is also a personal trainer, nutrition consultant and member of Team Bombshell.

Brandy is an IFBB Pro Bikini Competitor and BSN Sponsored Athlete. On her way to becoming a pro she became pregnant and had to wait, but with hard work and determination was able to come back and win her pro card just 7 months after having her baby. Brandy will be at the booth from 1:30pm-2:30pm on Sunday.
