2010 Olympia - Women's Pre-Judging Review
Wow. Wow wow wow. It's a good thing the Olympia only happens once a year, because once it's SURELY enough for the assault on the senses that this event provides. From the moment we walked in, the sights, sounds and (unfortunately) smells of the Olympia bombarded us. The Fitness, Bikini, Figure and Bodybuilding women's pre-judging started at 10:30 this morning, and it didn't disappoint. It was so amazing to see the VIP seats FULL to capacity, and then rows and rows of people 5-6 deep, standing at the back to watch the girls. And they didn't disappoint.
 Fitness

 1. Myriam Capes

Placed 6th at the Olympia last year. Myriam Capes looked great with a 1000 watt smile. This Canadian fitness bombshell was tighter than at her last show, and her abs were POPPIN!
 2. Regiane Da Silva

Placed 9th at the Olympia last year. It looked like Regiane Da Silva toned down her shoulders in terms of size, and she came in tighter from behind. Her hammies were dialed in, which is amazing to see on a fitness competitor. Her conditioning was spot on.
 3. Nicole Duncan

Nicole Duncan placed 8th last year. This is probably the best I've seen her. Her abs were tight and her legs were dialed in.
 4. Tina Durkin

Placed 5th last year. Her color was on (I make special mention of It because it was just that good). Tina Durkin really nailed her presentation. She looked tight from the front, but not so much from the waist down.
 5. Mia Finnegan

This is her second contest since 1996! Most recently, Mia Finnegan placed 17th in the Europa Battle of Champions this year. In 1995, she won the inaugural Ms. Fitness Olympia. 15 years later, she STILL looked great! She hasn't been on this stage in more than a decade, yet still managed to pull off a stellar, conditioned, aesthetically pleasing package. This girl hasn't lost her touch.
 6. Adela Garcia

Placed 1st last year. First of all, we loved her suit! Adela Garcia looked a tad bit softer and rounder than last year, but never the less, she looked great! We can't wait to see her routine! She's the favorite going into this competition, and there's no doubt she'll impress us yet again.
 7. Oksana Grishina

Did not compete at the Olympia last yet, but Oksana Grishina placed 5th at the Arnold this year. She's also Gaspari's new signed athlete. She is lean (maybe a tad too much), but who knows what the judges are looking for this year.
 8. Tanji Johnson

Placed 2nd at the Olympia last year. We loved her suit as well as her nice, aesthetic lines. Tanji Johnson looked great with round and full muscle bellies.
 9. Shannon Meteraud

Placed 7th last year. Shannon Meteraud is a veteran competitor who carries herself as such. This time around though; she was maybe a tad too soft
 10. Yenny Polanco

Made her Olympia debut! Yenny Polanco is a former IFPA figure pro, so she's used to EXTREME conditioning, and as such, she came in hard and really ripped.
 11. Camala Rodriguez

It's her Olympia debut, but she placed a VERY impressive 6th at the Arnolds this year. Camala Rodriguez had almost perfect conditioning. She was both soft and "hard" at the same time, meaning she was both aesthetic and feminine, yet extremely conditioned and hard.
 12. Kizzy Vaines

It's her Olympia debut, but she placed 12th at the Arnolds this year. In our opinion, Kizzy Vaines needed to be darker and her posing a tad bit off. Maybe a little too soft as well.
 13. Bethany Wagner

Placed 11th at the Arnolds this year. Bethany Wagner looked great. Nice lines, and everything flowed together well.
 14. Trish Warren

Placed 10th last year. Trish Warren kept with her arnold physique- softer and a bit less muscular than the 2009 Olympia. She looked solid!
 Call Outs

First Call Out: Second Call Out: Third Call Out: It Looks Like We Have: Adela, Trish and Tanji as the top three in the physique round.
 Bikini

The IFBB Pro League Bikini Division kicks off the inaugural season with 13 competitions that will end with one beautiful bikini-clad bombshell earning bragging rights - as well as a place in history - as the first-ever Bikini Olympia winner. Expect the game's top pros: Monique Minton, Amanda Latona, and Sonia Gonzales to turn it up a notch in hopes of being the O's unquestionable bikini queen.
 1. Dina Al-Sabah

Dina Al-Sabah had a great suit, and was definitely working the stage. Abs were tight!
 2. Bianca Binno

Bianca Binno looked great!
 3. Vanessa Campbell

Vanessa Campbell looked confident on stage showing off those latin curves!
 4. Melissa Coles

Her color could've used some work. Other than that, Missy Coles had a great physique.
 5. Dianna Dahlgren

She needed to be a tad bit tighter. Dianna Dahlgren's presentation was good but her physique could have been better.
 6. Diana Fields

Diana Fields reminded us of Barbie, in a good way, with a pink bubble gum suit. Presentation was good.
 7. Sonia Gonzales

Sonia Gonzales looked great! Presentation could have been better. In bikini, you need A TON of attitude and hip movement to get noticed.
 8. Jessica Jessie

Jessica Jessie had a great presentation.
 9. Amanda Latona

One of the favourites coming into the competition, and she didn't disappoint us. Amanda Latona looked great with good color and tight abs.
 11. Nathalia Melo

Also one of the favorites coming into this competition. Nathalia Melo looksed great, as always!
 12. Christy Merritt

Her face needed to be darker to better match her body's color. But Christy Merritt did have an over all great presentation
 13. Monique Minton

Looked like her glutes could of been a tad bit tighter, but from the front, Monique Minton rocked it.
 14. Shelsea Montes
Her legs were a little soft (even for bikini), but from the waist up, Shelsea Montes looked great.
 15. Brooke Mora

Brooke Mora's abs were tight and her presentation was good.
 16. Nicole Nagrani

Loved Nicole Nagrani's color and her suit complimented it, which really worked in her favor. Her presentation was great.
 17. Khanh Nguyen

Bubbly and full of charisma as always. Khanh Nguyen looked really good.
 18. Natalie Pennington

Natalie Pennington looks great presentation was a tad bit too much. But over all looks great.
 19. Jessica Putnam

Looked a tad bit tighter than when she competed at the Jacksonville Pro. Jessica Putnam made a really smooth transition from figure.
 20. Alison Rosen

Ali Rosen is one of the favorites coming into the show and she looked great. Presentation was on, as was her physique.
 21. Sherlyn Roy

Another girl who transitioned from figure, and it worked in her favor. Sherlyn Roy kept to her physique and was tight as always. She's got a great physique and continues to tone down her muscles at every show (in a good way).
 22. Tianna Ta

Tianna Ta looked great. Her lower body could have been tighter though.
 Call Outs

First Call Out: Second Call Out: Third Call Out: Fourth Call Out: Fifth Call Out:
 Figure

 1. Teresa Anthony

Placed 16th last year at the Olympia. Teresa Anthony looked really good. About the same, if not tighter, than she did at the Europa.
 2. Cheryl Brown

Olympia debut, but placed 1st at the New York pro this year. Cheryl Brown's physique is on, maybe a tad bit softer than her last show.
 3. Krissy Chin

Placed 16th last year. Krissy Chin really toned it down a lot, but she still looked great! Loved her suit and hair.
 4. Monica Escalante

Olympia debut, but she placed 11th at the Arnold this year. Monica Escalante Looked really soft, and her lower body needs to be tighter.
 5. Heather Mae French

Placed 3rd last year. This year, Heather Mae French looked great as always!
 6. Alicia Harris

Placed 13th last year. Abs were definitely her stand out bodypart. The girl was on! Alicia Harris' legs were tight and her back was great!
 7. Carin Hawkins

Olympia debut, but placed 3rd at the California Pro this year. Carin Hawkins looked good, but was maybe a tad too hard. Depending on what the judges are looking for this year, she could be a top contender.
 8. Candice Keene

Olympia debut, but Candice Keene is coming off two big wins at the New York Pro and the Europa Battle of Champions. She looked amazing!!!
 9. Julie Ann Kulla

Julie Ann Kulla did not compete at the Olympia last year, but placed 9th at the Europa Battle of Champions this year. Her Legs needed to be tighter, but great package overall
 10. Katina Maistrellis

Olympia debut, but 2nd at the California Pro this year. Katina Maistrellis' color was off, which made it a little distracting to judge the rest of her body, and her legs need to be tighter.
 11. Patricia Mello

Patricia Mello placed 16th last year. Needed a more pronounced V-taper, but great abs and back.
 12. Amy Oneil

Olympia debut, but placed 2nd at the Phoenix pro this year. Amy Oneil was tiny on stage! That's the first thing that jumped out at us. Maybe even a tad bit too small. But looked great in terms of conditioning.
 13. Marcy Porter

Olympia debut, but placed 4th at the Europa battle of champions this year. Marcy Porter is a bit too soft in the mid section.
 14. Larissa Reis

Placed 12th last year. Larissa Reis has great legs, and was very symmetrical. Looked great!
 15. Kristal Richardson
Placed 4th last year. Kristal Richardson looked great! Abs were tight, and she looks like she down sized her upper body in a good way.
 16. Felicia Romero

Placed 9th last year. Felicia Romero looks great, and it looked she downsized her shoulders to make herself more proportionate.
 17. Rosa-Maria Romero

Olympia debut, but placed 8th at the California pro this year. Rosa-Maria Romero looked great from the front, but needed to be tighter from the back
 18. Erin Stern

Placed 6th last year. Erin Stern looked great as always. Very symmetrical, and her mile long legs make her stand out in the crowd.
 19. Gennifer Strobo

Olympia debut, but she placed 3rd at the Jacksonville Pro this year. Gennifer Strobo is a bit on the smaller side compared to the other girls, but it works for her.
 20. Kristi Tauti

Placed 14th last year. Kristi Tauti has a nice physique that's very symmetrical. She also had good presentation on stage.
 21. Gina Trochino

Olympia debut. Gina Trochino looked good from the front, but the back needs to be tighter overall.
 22. Terri Turner

Olympia debut, but she placed 1st at the Europa Super show this year. Terri Turner's on the smaller side relative to the other competitors, and her behind needs to tighter if she wants the advantage.
 23. Nicole Wilkins Lee

Placed 1st last year. Nicole Wilkins Lee looked great again! A tad bit tigher than the Arnold, and has definitely made improvements to her physique from last year.
 Call Outs

First Call Out: Second Call Out: Third Call Out: Fourth Call Out: Fifth Call Out:
 Bodybuilding

 1. Sheila Bleck
Olympia debut. Looked great. Sheila Bleck's legs were insanely shredded, but her glutes were soft which was slightly disappointing because her hammies were also shredded.
 2. Helen Bouchard

Olympia debut, but placed 2nd at the Europa Battle of Champions this year. Helen Bouchard was hard, needs a better quad sweep. Her glutes were in though, which was ver impressive. She also had a very muscular back and was EXTREMELY dry!
 3. Brigita Brezovac

Olympia debut, but placed 1st at the Europa Battle of Champions this year. Brigita Brezovac is a big girl! Her glutes were soft, but she is wide as has a definite size advantage! However, she didn't look as dry as the Tampa Pro show.
 4. Dayana Cadeau

Placed 8th last year. Dayana Cadeau looked harder than she did at the Arnold Classic, but not hard enough. She needs to be leaner. She's a thick girl, but just needs to be leaner to make her conditioning with her size.
 5. Tina Chandler

Placed 10th last year. Tina Chandler lacks some size overall, but is very aesthetic. Her legs needed to be bigger and she looked a little smooth from the front. Her back looks tighter than her front.
 6. Heather Foster

Placed 3rd at the New York pro this year. What a big girl! Very muscular. Much better conditioned than before. Her legs from the side don't look as impressive as they do from the front/back. Her lower half needs to be a lot tighter. Heather Foster has the size but needs to be leaner.
 7. Iris Kyle

Placed 1st last year. Iris Kyle was looking good! Her glutes were insane, and she is on! Incredible conditioning. She came geared up to win another title.
 8. Debi Laszewski

Placed 3rd last year. Debi Laszewski was hard as a rock, and looked great! Her glutes, hammies and back were shredded. If anyone can give Iris a run for her money, it's Debi.
 9. Cathy Lefrancois

Didn't compete in the Olympia last year, but placed 3rd at the Europa Battle of Champions. Her legs have incredible conditioning. Cathy Lefrancois does have a thicker waist than most, but her conditioning was on. Glutes, hammies and back are shredded!
 10. Zoa Linsey

Olympia debut, but placed 7th at the Arnold this year. Zoa Linsey looked ready to play! She needed a little more size to compete head to head with Iris. She is a tall girl so size is important, and she needed more quad sweep and better back definition. She could be tighter overall as well.
 11. Yaxeni Oriquen-Garcia
Placed 5th last year. Good conditioning. Yaxeni Oriquen-Garcia needs more size and needed to be leaner, but can definitely find her way into the top 5.
