| Contest Prep - 16 Weeks Out:
The first 4 weeks are in the books and things are going great. Training is perfect and the diet is going very well also. I want to say that my diet has changed a bit from what I listed in my first article.
| Contest Prep - 10 Weeks Out:
The last 6 weeks have flown by, but not without some serious training and hardcore dieting. My diet is 100% clean now. I am 10 weeks out today and everything is coming in as planned. See what's happening!

Now I am hitting on all cylinders. The past 2 weeks have been great. Training is getting better with every workout. My weights are actually going up in several lifts... See what's changed!
