[ JH ] Can you tell us about your fitness routine for the 2009 Olympia? Who choreographed it and what's the theme? Do tell!

[ TWI hired the best in the industry to bring my routines up to par by hiring Jen Hendershott and Lishia Dean. We all put our heads together and came up with a hot and sexy theme and ran with it! All I can say is I am bringing it at the Olympia!

Check Out Jen Hendershott's Website Here.

[ JH ] Do you have a background in gymnastics, cheerleading and dance? Do you think these things are important to be an Olympia champion?

[ TWI am a self taught gymnast. I cheered in high school and college, and took dance from an early age. I think it is important to have some sort of training in these areas so you can show diversity within your routines. Having an entertaining routine makes the fans cheer loud for you and they look forward to seeing you perform. Hearing crickets during your routine is not a good sign!

[ JH ] Tell readers who are you are married to?

[ TWThe one and only super sexy Branch Warren.

[ JH ] Tell us what it's like being married to someone in the same industry. We want juicy details.

[ TWIt is amazing! He understands what I am going through when I say I am tired and hungry! And, because we are so sexy it's hard to keep our hands off each other! Let's just say we have an awesome relationship.

[ JH ] What is the worst thing about training for a show like this with a husband training for the same show?

[ TWThe worst thing is that we're just too tired to go out and hang with friends and family during the summer! I usually keep my energy until the last couple of weeks, but Branch pushes himself so hard that when he gets home he doesn't usually want to get back out.

[ JH ] What is the best thing about training for a show like this with a husband training for the same show?

[ TWThe best thing is to see the person you love continue to defy all the critics and come in better and better every time he steps on stage.

[ JH ] What do you think when people say, "My sex life suffers when I am dieting"? Do you agree or disagree and can you offer any advice to readers?

[ TWI disagree! I think it gets better. I feel good about the way I am looking and Branch is so attracted to me that we don't suffer in this area at all! OK, maybe the day of the show, but that's it I promise!

[ JH ] Tell me how happy you are that I (Jen Hendershott) am not doing the Olympia this year. Be honest.

[ TWI have mixed feelings about this! My selfish reason is that I want to move into the top five and this gives me a great shot at that. At the same time, Jen is such a positive and entertaining person to be around. She will definitely be missed!

[ JH ] What are you goals or expectations for this years Olympia?

[ TWTo make a huge impact with my super fly routines and dialing in my physique to its all time best. I want to make the first call-out in the physique rounds! I am just like Branch. I want to win, but would be thrilled to make the top five!

[ JH ] I know you pretty well and one of the things I admire about you is your relationship with God. Can you share with our readers how important this is to you and how you think this affects you as a professional fitness athlete?

[ TWGod has always been and will always be first in my life, and without him I would not be where I am today! I put all my trust and faith in him and know that he sees how hard I am working. I know that because my house, meaning my body and my mind, are in order, he will not let me down and he will take care of me.

[ JH ] What supplements do you LOVE and can't live without?

[ TWGaspari IntraPro and MyoFusion protein, Body Balance by Life Force, Optimal Health Nutrition Systems Digestive Enzymes, flora and multivitamin/mineral.

[ JH ] What keeps you motivated to compete?

[ TWI am motivated by the challenge of becoming known as one of the best IFBB athletes.

[ JH ] Is it true your full-time job is not competing or just being a wife to the sexy IFBB Pro Branch Warren? You actually have a real job. What is it and how many hours a week do you think you work?

[ TWI feel like I have four full-time jobs. Branch and I recently took in our thirteen-year-old nephew so he can have a chance at a good future. We hired Brian Dobson to train him, Anthony Schlegel from the NFL to work with him all summer, and now we are working on his grades because he is very far behind in school. He's such a talented and athletic child of God and we feel great about our decision to help him be all he can be.

My second job consists of being a full-time cook. Not only do I prepare my six meals a day, but I also cook Branch's and now Trevor's meals. So, I cook about eighteen to twenty different meals a day!

Now, for my profession, I own and operate Maximum Logistics, a freight forwarding company that forwards freight all over the world. This consists of scheduling trucks, booking freight on airlines and freighters, coordinating with agents worldwide to clear and deliver my freight to the end customers, setting up warehouses for my customers to store freight oversees, and handling every other aspect of this business.

In between cooking, Trevor's school and football, I now also have to prepare myself for the Olympia! It's easier to say I sleep about 6 hours and the rest of the day is work!

[ JH ] You are one of the Top 10 fitness competitors in the world. How do you balance all of life's demands and keep climbing that ladder to the top?

[ TWI am not one to complain, procrastinate or give up! Where there is a will there is a way! If you give up you will never know your full potential. I set goals and go out to achieve them with everything I do. By proper planning and strategizing I will eventually reach my goal!

[ JH ] Does Branch design all your contest diets, training, and cardio? If not, who does all of your show preparation and are you happy with the results?

[ TWI am currently working with Dr. Mike Feulner for my Olympia preparation. I also followed his off-season program after the NY Pro and I really liked the way my physique was shaping up. At this point, for five weeks out I am in the best shape I have ever been in prior to a show!

Mike and I talk on a weekly basis. If there is something that is not working for me he immediately makes adjustments to keep my body responding! I have absolutely no complaints and can't wait to step on stage as the best I have ever been! I work with Sheilahe Brown on my posing. This has also been a super experience.

Current Contest Diet:

Meal 1:

  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1 Oz Buffalo
  • 1/2 Cup Oatmeal

Meal 2:

  • 1 Scoop Gaspari IntraPro Chocolate Shake

Meal 3:

  • 4 Oz Chicken
  • 4 Oz Asparagus
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Rice

[ JH ] A couple of fun questions: When you retire from fitness what do you want the industry to most remember you by or as?

[ TWThat I was, and of course, still am one bad babe on a motorscooter that just kept showing up better and better until I finally scooted my way into the top 10.

[ JH ] Let's say your picture is in People Magazine, what would the caption under the picture say?

[ TWBad @ss Bitch with a booty.

[ JH ] If you were not a fast rising star in the IFBB, what profession would you be in today?

[ TWPresident of Maximum Logistics, and a Mom.

[ JH ] Is there anything additional you would like to add?

[ TW ] Jenny Lynn and I are hosting our Rock Star Fitness Camp after the Olympia on October 10, 2009. For more information contact Jenny or myself. Jennylynnfitness@yahoo.com or trishfit@yahoo.com.

Conclusion

I think you would all agree that it takes more than a diet and workouts to make you a champion. No matter what place Trisha gets at the Olympia, she is already a winner. Trish will never be that girl that said, "I wish I would have". She will be the girl many young women aspire to be like. She has balance, drive and passion. Trish will be the light to the future in fitness.
