- Max Atlas Stone Lift (50" Bar) Opening weight women 150, teen 180, LW men 240, HW men 270 30lb progression. Tacky and supportive gear allowed. 3 attempts.
- 18" Max Deadlift (suits, wraps and straps O.K.) Opening weight women 315, teen 405, LW men 495, HW men 585 20lb progression. Hitching allowed. 3 attempts
- Max Car Squat (progressive weight added to car) TBD Competitor must bottom apparatus out and return to full lockout 3 attempts
- Max 12" Log Women and teens may use ten inch logs Opening weight women 120, teen 160, LW men 210, HW men 230 20lb progression 3 attempts
- Max distance farmers w/ 275 HW, 235 LW, 235 teens, 130 women. Turns @ 50 ft. one drop and your out. Chalk and supportive gear allowed. No tacky!
* Order for first event is dependent on order of entries received. The sooner your entry is in the better, you will go towards the end of the first event.
