Last weekend I had the opportunity to represent body building.com at the Max Muscle Naturals show. First of all I would like to give big props to John Lindsay, Lindsay productions for putting on another great show. Also, I would like to add that I was very impressed with all the athletes, it looked like they did their homework, meaning they were conditioned and they looked great on stage.
In the teen division Strekin Anoren looked great, I was not for sure if it was his first show or not but his posing routine was good. I would like to say to him, keep up the good work; hopefully we will see him again in the future.
In the Novice division Jeff Kanson looked awesome, did not look like a novice to me. Later on I saw him in the open men’s lightweight and he looked so good that he actually won that class. Way to come out swinging big boy. Great job!
Middle weight unlimited Hnon Lee looked great and actually won his class. Great performance! He did not look like a middle weight to me. Light heavy weight Kyoshi Moody won his class as well as the overall. I was very impressed with his symmetry and the fullness of his muscle bellies.
Reminded me a little of Phil Heath. He would make a good National level competitor. I talked to him a little after the show, one of the nicest guys that you could ever meet. I would like to see him on stage again, he is a true champion. Bobby Moore, the heavy weight came in big! Looked good! I think he should concentrate on coming in a little tighter. Standing beside Kyoshi Moody condition and symmetry could not be matched.
Rachel Sky won the overall women's bodybuilding award, she looked great and well deserved it. She too did her homework and came in well conditioned.
Women overall figure winner Noreen Castillo looked great as well so you guys need to watch out for her because you may see her on the National stage in the future.
Before I close this I would like to say that every competitor that stepped on that stage is a winner and I was very proud of all of them. Just because they did not win or place where they wanted to be they are still the great body builders and figure girls of the future. It took a lot of hard work and dedication to make that happen. All their family and friends that supported them and put up with them while preparing for the show....Its ALL ABOUT LOVE. Much Love, Recommend this article to a friend by e-mail here!
