A symphony of bodies best describes the Steel City Fit Fest which included the NPC Lehigh Valley & the inaugural IFBB Keystone Pro Show. Competitors came from all over the nation & pro’s from all over the world, spectators filtered in from hear and a far, while many sponsors and vendors filled the expo. Among the major sponsors include; Bumblebee Foods, VCS Landscaping, Ultimate Nutrition, AbMeals.net, VPX Sports, Bill Grant Nutrition and BOSS as well as many others.

The Fit Fest was filled with vendors giving out samples of there product from very tasty Abulous chili to Nutrition bar samples and some sponsors gave spectators T-shirts and other free goodies to take along with them. The Marines were in full force with fun activities for everyone like a bench press your weight and pull up contests.
Aside from the Fit expo itself, Mick Foley, a WWE professional wrestler and a best seller author of 3 children’s books and 2 autobiographies, made a special guest appearance to meet with fans and to sign autographs. Not only was Mick there for the crowd but also took the time to work with the Dream Come True foundation where a certain amount of proceeds would go to help terminally ill children.
The NPC Lehigh Valley Show, one of the Country’s oldest amateur events, included both Men and Women Bodybuilding as well as the ever growing women’s Figure competition. Many competed in these divisions, as only the top five would place in their class. The top 2 in the open divisions qualify for nationals. Recommend this article to a friend by e-mail here!
