Send fees as discribed: $55 SNBF card fee + $55 entry fee + $35 drug testing fee for a total of $145 for one class. No cross overs allowed.
MC, Visa, or Discover can be faxed or e-mailed (surcharge may apply).
Money orders or credit cards only - no checks accepted.
All competitors will receive a "free" 1 year subscription to the new "WNSO/FAME MAGAZINE" and a discount on WNSO/FAME membership.
Drug Testing:
Testing will be scheduled for Friday, October 6th from 3-10p.m., and Satuday October 7th from 6-7a.m. - by appointments only. Contestants will be contacted the week before to arrange their urinalysis and/or polygraph appointment. All drug testing and weigh ins will be hald at the Hampton Inn - 455 Franklin Rd., Marietta GA. 770-425-9977.
