PlanetPhysique.com's healthy lifestyle weekend was held in the heart of downtown Cleveland, Ohio at the CSU Wolstein Center. One of the most respected venues in the Midwest. The event featured a large two day expo filled with: Vendors, seminars, local sports legends, sports celebrities, and stars of bodybuilding and fitness who were all on hand.

The Healthy Lifstyle Weekend also consisted of Male and Female Bodybuilding, Figure, and included a Fitness Model Search. In addition this was a figure pro qualifier. Learn more here: www.healthyweekend.com/showcompete.htm.
We gave away over $25,000 in prizes over the two day event! Including game worn memorabilia from Cleveland Cavalier Eric Snow, 400 T-Shirts, and 70 gym bags.

PlanetPhysique.com's Healthy Lifestyle weekend offered a fun filled event for all genders and ages. The expo hall also held numerous side events, seminars, and clinics. Highlighted by a live boxing demonstration and post question and answer session by IBA heavy weight champion Vonda Ward. Other crowd favorites included a push-up and posing contest by the public!
